GemsFinder is our specialized search tool designed to help you locate rare and hard-to-find gemstones. You can search by specific characteristics such as gem type, color, cut, clarity, carat, and other parameters.

The tool searches our extensive inventory, including items that may not be listed in our regular catalog. If we don't have exactly what you're looking for, our sourcing team will work to find it through our global network of suppliers. You can also upload images of stones you're trying to match.

Once approved, you'll receive special login credentials that grant access to our Rare Collections section, where you can view and purchase these exclusive gemstones.

Tracking your order is simple. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number and tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section.

Our tracking system provides real-time updates on your order status through three main stages:

• Order Placed to Gems House: Your order has been confirmed and sent to our processing center
• Under QC Process: Your gemstones are being inspected and verified for quality
• Out for Delivery: Your package is on its way to your specified delivery address

For many orders, you can also view QC videos showing your specific gemstones being inspected and prepared for shipment.

We stand behind the quality of our gemstones and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, you may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the gemstone must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and documentation. Custom cut stones, special orders, and items from our Rare Collections may have different return policies, which will be specified at the time of purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
